To link to your utility account, please have your new account number and amount last paid accessible. If you have not received a new statement or do not remember your last paid amount, please contact utility billing by calling 651-739-5086 or emailing utility@oakdalemn.gov for assistance.
Beginning 1/1/2024 The City will no longer absorb processing fees. Credit/Debit Card and E-Check payments will have the following processing fees charged.
Utility Processing Fees:
E-Check Processing Fee of $1.95.
Credit/Debit Card Processing Fee of 1.70%.
Non-Utility Processing Fees:
Credit/Debit Card Processing Fee of 0.65% plus $0.65
Customers interested in avoiding the fees are encouraged to use cash, check, or sign up for the In-house ACH program using a checking or savings account.
